Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep delays to a minimum.


Food & Perishable Items

For food and perishable products, including baked goods:

  • Shipping availability may be limited due to freshness and food safety considerations

  • Orders are prepared fresh and packed with care

  • Once dispatched, responsibility for timely collection and proper storage passes to the customer

Please ensure that someone is available to receive perishable deliveries where applicable.


Non-Food Items

For non-food items such as reusable straws or merchandise:

  • Orders are dispatched via standard postal or courier services

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and service selected


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
