Head Barista (Full-Time)

Location: 5 Deans Court, London EC4V 5AA
Pay: £14.50–£15.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week minimum

Shifts may include early mornings (6:30 AM start).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing speciality coffee and espresso drinks
• Making smoothies and fresh juices
• Baking sweet and savoury items on-site
• Opening and closing the shop
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the day
• Handling payments accurately
• Monitoring stock and restocking supplies

This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to lead by example.

• Ability to work independently

Personal phone use during shifts is not permitted.
